I don't know what I want. If it's true to the fluff and entertaining then it will be fantastic, but I'm not sure you can have both. Take imperial guardmens for example. Their life sucks and they have a life expectancy in a combat zone of 15 hours. How can you both show that life sucks and you're basicly going to die worthlessly in a gritty way if you can just res? And if you can't res then that also sucks.
