i hurt so bad tonight.. i stood in a very hot kitchen for a couple hours making dinner for my family and though i took many breaks because i was dizzy, i didnt feel the pain till i stopped.. i laid down in my bed and now i feel as if someone has beaten me with a bat... my arms and legs, my back, my head, even my feet and toes hurt so bad i want to

a bit.. the intense pain lasted four days.. unprecidented for me to not have any relief for that long.. but today im doing better, i can at least lay down without hurting so bad, but as soon as i stand up or try to walk... ::sigh:: i can definately use the continued prayers, thank you so much, God bless you my friend.
