So my last sour mash experiment turned out awesome. I have been told that Saison is a hard style to do well, and for my first Saison and my first sour mash, I have to say this was the best brew I've made yet. And those who tasted it at the party I was at on Saturday were fairly impressed, so I am a really happy puppy
