Well, I just got back from bike-riding (whew!) to check my grades and the final grade has come in. Chem II lab is an A as I expected, and now my GPA has surprisingly gone from 3.313 for the semester and 3.323 cumulative to 3.353 for the semester and 3.344 cumulative. Last Semester my cumulative was 3.333 and now it's 3.343 so despite a C in Cal ( Read more... )

Well, I'm quite happy that despite my C in cal III, I received an A in History and know that the remaining grade, Chem II Lab, is an A. W/o the lab posted, my gpa is now 3.323, which is plenty to keep my scholarships so I'm quite happy about that. However, my parents are ripping me a new one about the Cal III grade. Alright, for those that follow the previous entries of gloom and doom, despite my awful japanese final bombing, I received an A in the class! I'm so thrilled because this gives me an A so far for the semester. I was expecting all A's, 2 B's in 3 hr. classes, and a C in a 4 hr. class. But one of those 3hr. B's is in fact an A! Well, I'm not too happy about my Japanese final today either. The listening section of the test was freakin hard! We're only 2 semesters into the language, and we're still speaking pretty slow. Well that was the worst butt-rape of a test I've ever gone through. I just took my Calculus III final at 7:30 this morning (and this is a Saturday by the way)! Not only that, but it was a freakin' hard one too! Even though we were allowed to put all the stuff we wanted from our book and notes on a 3X5 card, it did no good. Well, this weekend was Arnold Air Society initiation. It was pretty difficult to go through because we went hiking on the Ponca trails. I don't know if anyone has been out there, but the areas we went to were really hard! We hiked w/ 40-60 lb. packs for about 5.5-6 miles to the camp site. Well, just a quick update...I'm extremely thrilled right now because I just found out that I made a 90% on my Cal III exam, which is my first A on an exam all semester (since the other two I made a C and a D on).
