It's sad but true:

I am like on board with most of you phobias. You'd need to add snakes. I hate snakes. Me and Indy.

While I am not afraid of lightning, ghosts, communists and clowns riding around in a van, I HATE escalators. When i went to the Providence mall I had to take 3 or 4 elevators, I have a hard time getting on, and i find them to be very impractical. They use more electricity than a hydro farm and go twice as slow as regular stairs. They are not as bad as the moving sidewalk at the airport though. I actually like those, but there's always some jackass with 5 suitcases who doesn't think he still has to walk. So your going twice as slow when you should be going twice as fast.

That's funny, everyone always tells me it is such a strange fear to have. It must run in the family.

I have a hard time getting on them too, I always think the stair will split as I'm stepping on to it and send me careening down a flight of sharp metal stairs, then my hair will get sucked down the bottom and rip my scalp off. Ok, I'm exaggerating a bit :)
