The Emerald Arts launch party was a very awesome thing. Have to admit that I was worried about how it would all come off because I spent so long getting the place looking right that I barely invited people (besides on FaceBook and at Tafe). Hey Em! Saw you in the paper! :)

Its seems like an awesome scheme. Was it very hard to get the place decked out? Do you have to pay bills and whatever (cause it said the rent was free)?

You know I reckon I'd love to grab one of those renew newcastle spaces for my business idea. Got any advice on whose arm to twist?!

We pay all outgoings (electricity etc) plus $20 a week. They're for arts orientated projects. Took me a week or so to clean it out then another week to have everything moved in. Go check out their website:
