I can't wait to be out of this school.

I like school supplies. A lot. The only reason going back to school feels slightly tolerable is the nice trip to office depot I get to take. Sadly, I have not been able to shop for school supplies recently, as I already have them. Alas, I recieved free school supplies in the mail. I am saved. Good day.

There is way too much construction in the front office right now. There's only one entrance and its the counselor's door we're not really supposed to use. And then everything else is in the library, but if you go on an inservice day there's fruit and donuts everywhere. Its chaos I tell you.

So I met the new principal today. He's a pretty nice guy. Kane was nice, but dense; Van Metre's pretty smart. For one, he talked PDM into changing the dress code, back to the district one from 03-04... the one with every color, only excluding sex and drug references. JSA Symposium is just awesome. If you're an underclassman reading this, you should really try to go. Most of the event was speakers, so I heard opinions from all sides of the spectrum, ranging from those of Mark Strama (D from Austin), to Kinky Friedman (I for Gov), to Dierdra Delisi (Chief of Staff to Perry), to Eileen Smith (political satirist).
