Aw, thanks, I've been praying for you, too! Right now what I need most is prayer to not be bitter/angry at Adam and the whole situation - being mad at him and thinking he is scum makes it easier to not be hurt but I just don't like feeling so hateful towards someone, even if they treated me abusively.

I try to pray short prayers throughout the day and it usually gives me a little peace.
