Moving on... up?

So I realized on Sunday, while driving back from a visit to Michigan which was overall fabulous, that Boston is not good to me.  Or maybe I'm not good to Boston.  In any case, I feel alienated.  I'm not making friends or finding a job easily, and it sucks.  I can't decide what to do with my life, and I'm not making any progress
