So today we upped the ante by running for 1 minute, walking for 4 minutes, nine times. I probably traveled a 1/4 to 1/2 mile longer than I did last week, and was out for 10 more minutes. I discovered that stopping on the walk home in a little park to stretch out my legs, and then finishing up the last 5 minute back to the house really helped keep
