It was fuck o'clock in the morning, I was standing in the bathroom avoiding to look too closely into the mirror, being my grumpy self as always when I have to work the morning shift.
Then it happened! For the first time I heard "Better Than I Know Myself" on my radio station. :D \o/

I think the biggest difference between German and US radio is, that we can't really request anything here. I mean, of course you can write emails to the stations (but who knows if they read those and even if they do, do they even care?) and there are a few stations that have these listeners charts things.
But the shows where you can call in or something to wish for a song - that's pretty rare, especially in pop/rock. I think all the Top40 stations have their playlists put together somewhere in a headquarter and the DJ's that are sitting in the studio don't have any influence in what is played on air at all.
It's kinda sad actually, especiall when I hear Adam calling on his fans to request the song. I always want to tell him: "It's not THAT easy, Adam!" LOL
