Yesterday while the little one was happily eating away at his lunch, I found myself with unoccupied hands for a few moments. One of my notebooks- the one with hard covers, wire-bound, and blank paper inside so I can use it for sketching or writing- was sitting there on the table

Perhaps you're being a bit too hard on yourself for the initial idea? After all, if there's anything I've learned from writing fanfiction or creating drafts for NaNoWriMo, it's that the first concept for anything is shit

Oh, I get what you mean now. Yeah, I used to do that a lot too at first, wanting to make sure everything is perfect first. I guess it just takes a while to bull over that and just...throw up any and every idea on the page and organize it later lol. You can do eeet
