I don't know what's going to happen with this. Whenever they enact new regulations, rather than complying with them, companies just outsource more and break the rules overseas and in Mexico.

Instead of treating animals more humanely, they're just going to make more slaughterhouses in TJ, where they don't have to follow the rules.

Indeed. I can't wait to see how much California's economy suffers because our farmers can no longer afford to produce. No more California eggs, for one thing. Yay for importing what we should be exporting.
