I see Leonard McCoy.He is intelligent, compassionate, determined, loyal and can be very sarcastic ( especially towards Spock )emotional and can be very temperamental, so I think he fits your positive and negative characteristics quite well.Many of your "this or that" section answers also fit for his character to me. Bones is creative, clever, generally agreedable,more mental than physical and I think he is more introverted than extroverted.

I fee so unoriginal but I see Bones. I can see a lot of him in your answers to the "this or that" section, because Bones strikes me as introverted, he's not really a planner but I don't think he's impulsive neither I think he's just spontaneous. And he's more mental than physical, intelligent, compassionate, determined, loyal, and definitely sarcastic.
