I've found a newspaper! It's old and some of the text has faded, but I'm sure it's about this town. Here, let me transcript it.

"--reports are circulating throughout the city about a bomb threat received from the city of Accido on--"

Sorry, it's too faded here.

Not the bombs themselves, hectopascal, but.. to zetta bomb a city in order to stop an illness.

ALSO, I've come to a hypothesis. If there are still some bombs left and the radian causing all this knows these coordinates...

No no no, it's just...you think it'd be more obvious if all the damage to the buildings is from a bomb or monsters. But, I'm having a hard time figuring that out.

Oh! It's not just you. The buildings are so ruined it's hard to see what damaged them in the first place.
