5/365- twofer (not backdating this one, to call attention to the others that are there-
I posted two things, both of them sketches. This first one I drew today, it's my interpretation of psalm one. I added light and shadow and noise and made the picture black and white in picasa to sharpen my pencil lines.

This second sketch I originally drew on oct 4 2007 from numbers 32. The text talks about two (and one that was called a half tribe) of the tribes of Israel wanting to separate themselves from the other ten tribes, their brothers, for land on the other side of the jordan that they thought was better for their livestock. But in doing so they distanced themselves from the brothers and from the God that had brought them there.
