Well, I've been running a 4E D&D game for a few months now. Normally when I run a game I end up making up a bunch of rules and restrictions that I impose on my players so that they can make characters that properly fit into a custom game-world of my own design. Very nice medieval europe, post fall of rome sorta feel to it....
contraction of the empire, you're on your own as a party.

No group with an almost stranglehold on magic? or is it mostly leftover empire type stuff?

What do you think of 4e?

The city of Nocturnus has a bunch of things since it's basically the oldest city in the world. It's written up in "Open Grave: Secrets of the Undead". I happily pilfered the idea and plunked the city down in my setting ( ... )
