[Oh, a video response. Hello, green-haired child...] Maintenance problems..? Normally I would say the headmaster of the school, but he's apparently difficult to contact...

I've heard strange things about the janitor too, so while that would probably be the best option it might be wise to proceed with caution on that front.

[Evidently, Noa has no problems talking about these things. Also, since when did 11 year olds give this sort of advice?]
