Canon Relationships
Mami's best friend, and the only person (so far) that she's let get past all her defenses. Madoka is more or less Mami's emotional rock right now; she died and came back to life, their worlds were destroyed, and she still has a new mission piled on with her Puella Magi duties... but Madoka is here, and safe. That's what matters most to Mami right now. She cares for the younger girl very much, and will do anything to keep her safe and happy.

Mami's other junior. While not nearly as close to her as she is to Madoka, she still cares about her, especially now that she knows she became a Puella Magi. She feels a little guilty over that; she assumes Sayaka became a Puella Magi because of her death. The girl was forced to make a wish, just like she did, and that was the last thing she wanted to put her juniors through.

Another Puella Magi. Originally, Mami was pretty hostile towards the girl, and saw her as nothing more than competition and a nuisance. Her feelings changed, however, when Homura told Mami her reason for fighting, and revealed that she was a time-traveler. Mami pitied the girl, and accepted the fact that all she wants to do is protect their mutual friend. They've now united to continue with that goal.

Cross-Canon Relationships
A girl Mami met just after she woke up. She's thankful that Asuka was able to fill her in on her current situation, but isn't keen on running into her again. This isn't because of any hostility; Asuka saw her when she was weak, helpless... she hates people seeing her like that, and will now be extremely guarded in any future conversations.
