On _______ History Month

Ever since I was really young, I would see commercials about Black History Month or Women's History Month. I always thought it was extremely unfair. I've recently found out that there are more than just those two. In May is "Older Americans History Month" and "Asian/Pacific Islander History Month". Ben said it the best way possible. White males have lots of holidays under the belts to boot. Columbus Day, President's Day, Christmas [haha], ...

I don't see how having a month particulary dedicated to a minority group is unfair... I mean it's pride for that minority group and it is to a learning experience to someone that doesn't understand that group. Where is the harm in that? I mean, we could have an American/or caucasion month, but to me, we really do see that everyday already...being caucasion we have the upperhand to all the other minorities, we're "special." :[
