Cos and I made Blueberry Nectarine Pie tonight, and it's just as delicious as I remember it from the first time I made it with my aunt 8 years ago...mmmm, tasty memories.

recipe?

Crust:
2.5 cups whole wheat pastry flour
1 cup butter
1/4 cup cold water
2T Honey
1tsp salt
brushed with cream

Filling
Blueberries and nectarines, I didn't count or measure, enough to fill the pie
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup oat flour
1/2 cup whole spelt flour

Baked in a cast iron skillet

hey hippie. I have a bag of quinoa flour sitting in my pantry. Do you have a tasty (and tried) recipe that calls for it as a base?

Hmmm...I'll have to think about it. I generally just use whatever feels right at the moment, but I do have a recipe for a blue corn, quinoa maple corn bread...
