hhahaha. they play questions. that's cute. and i love rosencrantz and guildenstern are dead. but also, questions is an improv game, which is where i believe tom stoppard got the game from for his play. just...fyi. sorry, theater major.
but this was terribly adorable. and damn it, ianto would win!
love how you have ianto not taken by jack's charm. ianto, while susceptible to the harkness charm (obviously) is more immune then others, and i think you had that dynamic dead on.

ianto, while susceptible to the harkness charm (obviously) is more immune then others, and i think you had that dynamic dead on. Thanks, I appreciate that! It's one of my favourite things about the way they relate to each other, and because it's such a fine line, it's quite hard to write. I think, to a certain degree, Ianto falls for it when he feels like it ;) He's certainly not above using it to tease Jack ("You don't look scared." "It... passed." is an example, in my mind.)
Thanks! R&G has been a favourite of mine since the tenth grade. That was... a long time ago ;) The idea of Jack & Ianto playing questions just popped into my head suddenly and unsolictedly and I had to jot it down.
This was very well done! I liked the lightheartedness between Jack and Ianto (even though they play tough) and I loved the R&G reference. I know it's around here somewhere... I should read it again. :D
