First of all: lovin' your Eight!icon. Eight does not get enough love! :D Also, thanks! 6 & 14 are favourites of mine too. I like moments like that, where they're just talking or being in each other's company, at least as much as full-on romantic moments. They play off of each other really well.

Yeah, I really think McGann would have been an excellent Doctor had they gone to series after the movie aired. I liked him in the movie a lot, even though there were things about the movie itself I didn't care for. (Half human? As *if*!) I did love his portrayal.

I finally just watched the episodes of Doctor Who (yes, I'm actually watching Series One and loving it) where we first meet Captain Jack and, uhm... Yep, lots of adoration going on.

Yay!!! I love those episodes. Steven Moffat wrote them, so of COURSE the dialogue absolutely sparkles. I suppose that, once you've caught up in Doctor Who, we'll have to get you watching Torchwood. I enjoyed TW's first series, but it was series two that totally ate my brain. As for Doctor Who... it started eating my brain pretty much immediately :D Enjoy the rest of the series!
