Hi I miss this and I miss you! I'm lightly freaking out (but constantly) about the fact I'm officially mid thirties and I haven't been making music or art or learning foreign language--I was gonna say or traveling but I at least went to chicago for the first time and going to new orleans soon, first time as well

Hello old friend! I was feeling nostalgic a few months ago and I was going through old entries on my LJ (like 15+ years ago) and I kept reading your comments and it made me think of you, hoping you were doing well wherever you were. And today I got an email telling me you've updated for the first time in years! I'm turning 40 in May but I'm not freaking out (yet). I got married November 2021. My husband and I have a little house with a little dog in NY. Life has been a challenge at times but I'm still here.
