this is probably what's going to happen. Mark will move in, him and Bethany will live in the living room, Bethany's room will turn into the living room, and we will find a fourth roommate to live in Calebs room so rent will be cheaper.
and we will have a party tomorrow night to begin our search for a future roommate.
