That interview was iiiiiiintense.  First there was about an hour of 2 on 1 (that sounds sick...) where I had an ARD (Assistant Resident Director) and an RA interviewing me asking me the, "What would you do?" questions and the "this is what an RA does, why?" Then I got to do a group game with 5 others.  We had to get in order of age without talking
