He had really wanted to show him Alexander, because he had managed to keep the big slug overnight before Riku really would kick him out for keeping it. [He watched the PCD as Hanna explained himself and sat, waiting, on his bed until his friend came back in. He had set his PCD face down, making sure it was off. When Hanna walked in the room he stood and moved across the room to hug him, slime and all.]

[Hanna took the hug without question, giving his friend a tight squeeze in return. Trying to level his breathing, he hiccuped, fighting back tears as he pressed his face into the taller man's stomach. When he started speaking, his words were muffled in Zombie's jacket, but it still audible.]

D-do you want to go get Teal'c's dog with me? Riku said we could keep it...so it doesn't starve.

[He smoothed Hanna's hair back and rubbed his back slowly. He wrapped his arms around Hanna again and gave him a tight squeeze. Knowing that Hanna was hurting...It made him want to cry.]

[He hadn't known Teal'c long, but the conversations he had with the man had been good ones. He was grateful that he had looked out for Hanna while he wasn't here and now, now Hanna had to deal with losing him. If he could help it, he wouldn't leave Hanna alone for any longer than the guy wanted to be.]
