Have you ever heard of Barbapapa? He's the pink guy in my icon...
You think you could make me someone like him? How much would he cost?

Hmmm...the arms look like they could be tricky, with the articulated fingers. And then there's the problem that I don't have a sewing machine. So unless you wanted a teeny tiny one with his arms folded in front/hands made the "cheating" way in mitten shape w/ quilted fingers (which I'd be happy to attempt, if that sounds like what you're looking for), maybe you'd have better luck on the Etsy Alchemy listings? I've seen other plush character requests there and they've had bids.

He he, that's why my plushes are all palm-sized...because hand sewing anything larger would take forever. :)

I've never heard of this pink guy before...I googled him and he appears to be French? He looks like a cross between the guys on the Nerds candy box and Grimace from McDonalds!

actually -- take back the part about his fingers. I found some plushes of this guy and none of them have fingers anyway, more like the "mitten" hand style.

So I still could make the mini one, but anything bigger, I'd say try an Alchemy request.

Actually, I was picturing like a pink rock with those funny eyebrows :) Barbapapa changes shape all the time :)

My name is Vanessa and about a week ago I started a craft experiment called Craft Promo. Basically all we do is provide free advertising for crafty online shops. So far we are doing pretty great.
