Atop the white linen tablecloth on the large rectangle table were seven crystal goblets. Sitting behind the table were the seven vampires from the STV Head Office. Twelve young witches and wizards were lined up single file facing the head table.
“Your task,” explained the head vampire, “is to determine each goblet’s contents. As you can see, the goblets have been numbered. You have each been given a piece of parchment and a quill. Record your answers onto the parchment, sign your name and hand it over to a member at the head table. Please begin.”

When the young wizards had completed their task, the head table began to read the results.
1 - Blood; type A; young witch who craves pickles.
2 - Blood; type O; young wizard who eats a vast amount of peanut butter.
3 - Blood; type O; old wizard on medications; do not serve at dinner parties
4 - Blood; type B; young witch; delicious; would like to date her
5 - Blood; type O; way too young; needs to age at least another ten years
6 - Blood; type A; another very old witch; health poor; discard
7 - Dry, fruity flavor; unknown source; surely you wouldn’t have served us wine?
