All right. Before I get sidetracked on this new bit of information- what the hell possessed you to cover up a murder for Rufus?! Gaia, if the public ever found out about this... look. If you bow under his pressure once, he will make sure you do so again. One way or another. He'll use this against you if you turn on him, Cloud, and he will make sure every other member of AVALANCHE suffers right along with you if need be. I just hope you haven't made a very large mistake. And if this damages the WRO or hurts anyone, so help me....
I don't think ShinRa is responsible. They don't have anything to gain by this, and they have a lot to lose. Rufus could just be screwing with your head, or he could have another motive. I don't know. As for the dead not being able to come back- didn't we both see that, with Sephiroth? Considering everything that's happened in the past few years, I'm not going to rule anything out. Who else knows about this

I have my reasons, Reeve. That being that the 'murder' was done by some dragon, the same dragon that entered 7th Heaven with Aerith. Something happened where the dragon encountered Rufus and killed his driver. I had to see what kind of damage this thing could do and figure out how to hunt it down. I don't want innocents getting hurt over this creature.
...I have no leads on this. All I know is that they are back, and they are cold, probably hungry, but alive. Tifa, Barret and probably Marlene and Denzel know. I told Rufus because I thought he had done it.
I am not Rufus' errand boy. I took two jobs for him, nothing more.

A dragon...? Accompanied by a dragon... that doesn't make sense. Why would something like that come into the city? Moreover, why would it accompany her into a crowded area without harming anyone, and then turn around and attack someone else? What was it doing, escorting her?
'They'? Who is the second person? If Aerith is... I'll more than likely drop by tomorrow to Seventh Heaven and speak with her, if she is well enough. If not, I can have doctors over now to look them over.
... I doubt that's how Rufus views the situation. Be very careful around him, Cloud. Please.

Not only that, but there is a dragon running around wrecking stuff, though... it appears it's supposed to be alright.
Do you have any idea who would be in the business of bringing dead people back, Reeve? Rufus gave me the run around
