I was thinking last night that memories affect me too much. Or at least some specific ones do. I still can't watch/read/whatever Lord of the Rings without tears in my eye, especially the last one. I associate it too strongly with Jess. There's a couple other small things, most notably various birthdays. And French. Can't deal with that very well ( Read more... )

So In light of the deals today (though I'm sure I missed out on them), I ended up buying replacements for my GPS and MP3 Player today. As well as finally buying some upgrades to my desktop (AMD again, it was cheaper than Intel and I couldnt' get an Intel board w/ 3 PCI slots w/o buying an i7 which would have jumped the price by 400+ bucks ( Read more... )
