I believe so. There's no information on a third season, and Mandy is now on another show. So, I don't think there will be a third season. Either that, or they're going to wait until later.

Well, from what I've heard from your and Mark's descriptions of the show, it jumped the shark at a very young age, so this sounded like it may happen soon.
