I recently started the Christening gown project that I mentioned before. This involved casting on 480 stitches....which is more than anything I've cast on before. I decided upon closer inspection to go ahead and rip it out. It was twisted several times, and even if it wouldn't be noticeable to most people, I am not sure I'd be happy with it. Since it's an heirloom-type thing, I want it to look professional.
I'm thinking I need to find longer circular needles....
