if it makes you feel any better iv been doing research on this passage and all other comments about homosexuality in the bible for a paper im writing...and if you look at the rest of leviticus the whole book is a big string of long winded rules that nobody follows. Modern day conservative christians often like to pick and choose things out of it that they wish to abide by, like the one you mentioned. But at the time the bible was written nothing was known about homosexuality and tons of other things that it prohibits, and while i agree there is no god, i think you should be more mad the people who interpret that the way that they do.

I must say that I do believe in God and place faith in his exsistence...but remember....God didn't write the bible...man did.

I agree with Nick...the evil that resides in this world, especially within mankind is at question here. Personally I think the whole Satan/devil thing is a load of crap...so I can't really explain were evil comes from, nor will I try. But don't give up faith just yet...I believe there are still a few surprises mankind has to offer (at least some select members)...and there are people out there who make it their business to take down evil.

Well its not realy a matter of giving up faith, i dont really have any. I havn't had any for a long time. Which is too bad, because it is a nice thought, and i would LIKE to have faith, i just dont.

But i agree, there are evil men and good men. I would like to be among those who take down the evil ones, but first i need to decide whether or not i am one of those evil ones.
