Well after an exhausting 20 hours of computer training in a back room, and another 10 hours of "fake" cashiering with fake documents and no money I was placed on a real register against my will by the front end supiviser. lol. Yea. Home Depot is a little diffrent. Gotta account for gift cards, checks, tax waivers, government purchases, shitty unmarked construction merch., LUMBER(sucks), consumer homedepot credit cards, commerical revolving credit cards, credit card payments, customer agreements, and lots of other thigns that you have to memorize. It's actually a lot of work, which explains why they pay the way they do with all the benifits and all.
