To spoil the funness of scouting for those of you who have the dvds, and to help out those who don't -

It's a Firefly! *squees*

And to Rosemary - it's really a fantastic opportunity, and one that presents itself a fair bit around here. It's a win-win situation for both the renters/purchasers and the investors. Gives us equity, and does wonders for our credit (having none in the US so far is really tough to get things started up), and it totally aids Colin's as well.
We figured if we were wanting/going to be paying a fair deal into rent - why not see if there are lease purchases available somewhere close, and we can treat the rent payments more like a mortage.

heh.. and here I thought I wrote that within the entry. Apologies. :) heee...

It's within the first few moments of Episode One - Season One..
Wherever the first skyline shot of Caprica is... as they're zooming in closer to the city.
