As you probably already know, Erik has the ability to control/sense all forms of metal. This can be from something small and insignificant (like a tooth filling), to something highly more obvious (like, say you have a skeleton made of adamantium >_>).

The point of this post is to find out exactly what your character has on them that's metal, and

All of them carry their Guides with them, and if there are... metal forms of money or something, they'd have that too?? Also a blanket yes for all of them over number two.

Stephanie alwaaaays has some sort of weapon with her at all times, and I assume a lot of them are metallic.

1.) Aside from her Guide and possibly some coins, Polly always wears the set of dog tags Kiriko gave to her, tucked under her shirt. She also always carries about her person a pocket watch fashioned to look like a flower, given to her by Naoto. Beyond that, she has an opal ring from Amateratsu and various pieces of jewelry left to her by Aphrodite, which she will often wear.

2.) All of it has sentimental value. So long as he doesn't destroy them and she gets them back, sure. (Aside from the Guide and whatever coins she may have, she can just re-create those.)

My other character doesn't have anything significantly metallic to my knowledge, but I should note for Tama here...

1) She is a robot. Her body has other components, but the majority of it is metal.

2) That depends. If he can do it without wiping her CPU, feel free! If he has to damage her CPU to do it, then please avoid it at all costs.

steelalchemy carries his Guide, a cell phone, metal credits (plastic money is just... weird), a silver pocket watch on a chain, a belt buckle, and his left leg from mid-thigh down is metal. Erik can use his powers on any of these. After all the gag omakes involving how magnetic Ed is...

crystal_type also carries her Guide and metal credits. She often wears earrings, of which the posts will likely be silver. Erik can use his power on these. He'll be able to tell the red rings around her ankles are some form of metal, but as it's technically this weird crystalline entity mixed with her blood, I'm not entirely sure it'd react like metal. And more than likely, the rings themselves would resist any attempts to manipulate them.

neverbeenhad carries her Guide, a cell phone, and has a metal belt buckle. shamelessweed carries her Guide and metal credits. Erik can mess with these.

Other than his guide and any sort of metal money might exist on the Thor, all Xigbar's are the zipper on his pants and the chain and zipper of his coat. His guns, should he have them out, are unlikely to be metal and most definitely don't fire bullets.
