From what I gather, those who maintain do so by continuing to keep a caloric diary and not let things go past a certain weight-point. I know you didn't use Hacker's Diet, but it's got some great points in how to maintain your weight, since you'll always need that 'eat watch'. If you need the URL, let me know, but it's fairly easy to find via google, if you want.

My problem last year is that I stopped logging, and then my laptop went byebye. *sigh* But I'm back on the road. And you're doing so good! I want to do well, too! Good luck!

Oh, and don't forget lots of water. It's so crucial to a healthy lifestyle. :)
