So, one of my friends has gotten involved with one of those multi-level-marketing companies, where women are expected to exploit and manipulate their friends into buying household goods that they don't need, just so that the party hostess can get a free salad crisper. directness is the answer, it's not fun but it's going to be the only way she gets it or at least has one last chance before you end the friendship.

Tell her she's not to ask any more, you are not interested and if she keeps asking then you will reconsider her friendship.

You could always try coming at it as an act of charity toward her. You've mentioned that you have issues with these companies. Any chance she'd listen to reason if you told her that she was basically screwing herself out of time, money, and what appear to be very precious braincells?
