Today I was talking to Josh and he made the generalization that rich people were more immoral than poor people. I argued with him because I thought he had no basis for this assertion other than his personal perception of the rich. So we had to end our discussion before it became a ridiculous fight

I think it is important to consider different types of rich people in your argument. For example, I have much more disdain for people who were born rich (like Paris Hilton) and don't appreciate what they have because they have always had it. For example, Donald Trump worked for what he got and it took a lot of intelligence for him to acquire all that money. People who get rich just because they are pretty (like Britney Spears) or people who are born into money are much more likely to be unappreciative of the material things they have. Not saying that people like Donald Trump aren't materialistic (I mean, who needs as many houses as he has in different states), but I think Donald Trump appreciates his possessions much more than Paris Hilton
