The surgeon finally called yesterday. They have decided it is a cyst not a tumor and it doesn't appear to be connected to the brain. So risk of complications while removing it have gone way down. surgeon has sent off for a copy of yet another CT. So it will now be next week before I hear anything. So I'm going to put it out of my mind for now and enjoy White Hart Sunday.
Alas it will be as a plain patron- just to hot to don all those layers of costume to come as a playtron.

I'll be going to PT once or twice a week and I have exercises to do at home. They say the frozen shoulder will work again. So that problem with time is virtually solved.
We will hopefully get answers on the third problem Monday when we talk to the surgeon.

Neurologist today was puzzled why my doctor rushed me in to see him. Turns out the brain lesions on my MRI are just garden variety old age spots. So no follow up testing required there ( Read more... )

Bruce will be home today. He has had a really great ride on the KATY this year.
His annual cancer check was clear.
Now to get through my 3 doctors appointments this next week.
Then White Heart will be starting. I'm really hoping I get to go a few days.
