I uploaded the games for the only other tournament I've played this year, the Berkeley 1-day for January. It was pretty exciting because I had the chance to pass conrad and go 6-0 if I won my last game, but instead peter beat me and I was second on spread. I didn't update my game with conrad yet (I'll do that tomorrow) but my game against bruce was

Your commentary reminds me a lot of Cesar's, but less neurotic.

I liked JIN instead of DJIN against Lester. The leave seems a little better but also you're usually going to have two big lanes next turn which I like against Lester's defensive style.

Against Leesa I liked IVY when you played QUA and MY. In the latter case the V is just not a very good tile so I'd rather ditch that. In the QUA position, you're blocking a good lane with IVY and you have QUA anyway for next turn anyway...she could have QAT but that's not a big concern anyway.

If you want feedback from me, feel free to talk to me on gmail or AIM (mumtokesajoint) or at club or something. I generally stay away from doing that online for various reasons. Also, I'd much rather talk about the thoughts and logic involved: when you talk about specific plays, you generally end up talking at a person rather than talking with a person, and I think that leads to worse communication, both in terms of game improvement and on a personal level.
