times are strange. Life is currently a mashup of great and tough. They managed to slot my surgery in for next wednesday morning at 7 AM (I have to show up to the hospital at 5:30 AM). This is a fantastic development because it means that I have plenty of time to recover before I have to take my qualifying exam at the end of the April. It also means
