It's like the worst day ever for you! Oh Maggie! I cannot believe the moron that lives above you! Who leaves for a loooong weekend with a water heater problem? Argh!!! Was his stuff messed up too?

One thing I remembered from my own personal flood experience was the apartment complex paid a portion of my utility bills (well electric at least) because they were using my electricity to clean up. You need to get that deal with Stoneridge.
