is coming along, though my lower back/ass is pretty damned sore(bizarrely enough, I think, from a core set I did recently). Any advice as to what to eat before going to the gym at 5:30 in the AM would be welcome, bearing in mind I've never really been able to eat much in the morning.
I am not a morning person.

Sometimes, half a tea biscuit. just so something is in there.
Maybe a quarter of a protein bar...
