I've got ADHD; I'm usually working and using this entertainment stuff to keep me centered...
But even if I forget about those instances...yeah, I'd say so. I mean, speaking as someone who has seen no evidence whatsoever that life actually has any objective point, and thus as one who is fairly convinced that life is what we make of it, so let's all have the best goddam time we possibly can, yeah, I'd say that was time well spent.
...assuming I liked whatever it was I watched, read, or listened to, of course. Otherwise, I want that time back.
Even when I was a kid (we're talking age of five or so here), I used to read and reread my favorite fiction (some of it modern setting, much of it fantasy.) My dad used to be a bit exasperated with me and would ask, "Why don't you read something useful, like a biography of Abraham Lincoln or Marie Curie?" I'd always thank him and go back to my fiction and still consider it to be time well spent

I listen to music while doing other things, so it's more a matter of whether the music added enjoyment to the things I was doing, than whether the time was well spent. Generally, I was either doing things I wanted to do, so it was well spent, or things I was paid for, so it was probably well spent
