bread is such a pain to make. :( it's so angry and temperamental in the oven. You need an oven that doesn't such as much as the school ovens or else it'll burn on the outside and stay gooey on the inside or cook on the top and not the bottom or errrr I hate my school oven. It's so tricky and never stays at the same frustrating setting to let you adapt to it.
