First I imagined this story being told by your brother, who is in Kyoto. And i wondered why your whole family was in Kyoto without you. Then I figured out it was in Vermont. Then I figured out it was your dad. Then I asked of your dad the same question I asked of your brother-- why was he wearing heeled boots?

But oh man, remembering that driveway, I do not envy these guys. Glad everyone made it out alive-- I was convinced someone was going to get run over by the car.
