so i just saw iron man... didn't really like it. Oh well. I thought robert downey jr. was good, but otherwise I thought it was a little too predictable, a little too silly and I got annoyed every time the soundtrack kicked in with a guitar riff

I thought Iron Man could have used way more iron man. Like, it’s a two-hour movie and they spent an hour and a half justifying to us that he’s iron man. I mean, we know he’s iron man, that’s why we came to see the movie.

yeah, about an hour in i was like

"ok, i get it, he was a jerk who didn't care about who he hurt, but he is going to turn it all around to be a superhero."

On the other hand, i guess everyone loved when we found out exactly why batman was batman.
