This week, Alicia and I continued our search for the best burger in the greater Sacramento area (anywhere within 30 minutes of our houses).

Our search took us to the city of Davis. While here we checked out 3 places, all slightly different, but all with pretty good burgers to offer...

Are yall splitting the burgers? Cuz that's a lot of eating. And I really can't hold on to the idea of a quesadilla burger. #2 sounds like heaven though...

we do split the bugers! that's why the pictures show them cut in half. Even with that, it was a lot of burger to eat in one day...

when i heard you mention you were starting this search, it was funny because I was thinking of starting my own "best burger" search around my way. I've been telling everyone that it's at Five Guys a few towns away, but then it got me thinking if I was overlooking other burgers closer. I think I'll have to put this theory to the test.

do it! I start these things cause I get entirely too bored sometimes... lol. It's also a good way for me to explore the surrounding area (just moved to sac)

omgosh burger #1 looks so good! It looks juicier than #2. I'm surprised it was not the top scorer. The fries on #2 look yum though. Man, I'm hungry.

I'm glad you all split the burgers, I was wondering about that myself.
